Changing your order
Once an order has been placed, please submit any changes by calling (818) 244-3177. Sorry, but due to logistical reasons we cannot make changes to an order less than 7 days before the delivery date.

Order cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. We must receive your request at least 2 weeks (14 days) prior to your requested delivery date and a cancellation fee of $25 will apply. Requests to cancel orders less than 14 days prior to your requested delivery date will not be accepted and the order will be delivered as scheduled.

Claims
If you have any issues regarding the quality of your flowers, please contact us immediately via telephone at (818) 244-3177. Claims regarding flower quality must be reported to Don Pedro's Fresh Sunflowers within 24 hours of receipt of product. Claims made after 24 hours of receipt of product will not be accepted. In order to process your claim, we will request digital pictures of and the return of all products. Please know that all claims are handled on a case by case basis
